increasing T3 advice
I take Thorne B complex & 7000 Vit D/K2 &
magnesium
400mcg/day. I took 7.5mcg T3 Tues & Weds and felt ok. But last night started to feel a bit like I’d drunk too much coffee - perhaps this is what palpitations feel like.

He has ordered a full iron panel and checking B12 and
magnesium
levels. In all he is doing 3 panels. He is also doing nerve conductivity test. He said that once we received the results we would talk about coming off the Ropinirole.

Too much electrolytes?
I have been taking a ton of suppliments, and I have also changed my diet to what is recommended on http://www.rlcure.com/ Because of the weird symptoms I think possibly I have an electrolytes imbalance, meaning I have taken too much
magnesium
and other electrolytes.

My calcium level appears low within bone profile blood tests. Are these an accurate representation I wonder?
I also take vitamin D 400mg and 300mg vit k2, and 600mg
magnesium
at a separate time from the calcium. My Parathyroid and all other bone profile test results say ok. Confused. . Need your thoughts please? Is there a reason why my blood tests are not reflecting the amount of calcium I ingest?

Interesting
Benfotiamin B1 300 mg three times a day. 2 mg
Magnesium
L-Threonate twice a day to prevent muscle cramps. With the current trial my 'stuffy head' returned likely from my body healing. I chose to take Betaine 1.5 g twice a day because that has been successful in the past.

What the actual enzymes!
Everything else was fine in the bloodwork apart from.low iron and B12, and chlosterol was a bit high, was recommended to not drink and take supplements which l did. 9 weeks later I've had no alcohol, taken iron, b12,
magnesium
, vit c, lysine, B complex, cut out fast food and tried to eat better.

Does Magnesium need a big gap around thyroid meds?
I currently try to leave 4 hours either side of both iron and
magnesium
capsules and thyroid meds. Do I need to do that with
magnesium
?

(The
Magnesium
prevents the pain of cramps and the B6 in the form of P-5P prevents and heals peripheral neuropathy as well as healing my neurological system.) I find Elloit Overtons work which is results based rather than projected results based to be helpful.
