Least I find it so.

Current Trial; 1.5mg methylcobalamin 3mg/ml, 1.5mg adenosylcobalamin 3mg/ml, 1.5mg hydroxocobalamin 3mg/ml. SC injection 4-5 times a day including setting an alarm to inject at night if warrented. 50 mg B6 in the form of P-5-P three times a day or pain from peripheral neuropathy returns. Benfotiamin B1 300 mg three times a day. 2 mg Magnesium L-Threonate twice a day to prevent muscle cramps.

With the current trial my 'stuffy head' returned likely from my body healing. I chose to take Betaine 1.5 g twice a day because that has been successful in the past. There was an immediate effect unlike when I took it before at this amount. It felt positive but caused me to cough up mucus. It is working itself out.

The cause of this improvement and change is unknowable. It could be that my body has improved due to improved suplimentation over time. It could be the more effective suplimentation. Could be more sun energy.

Also I have a neighbor that I chat with and that includes my supplementation quest. They have observed my dramatic improvement and asked their doctor about it. The doctor said to take a B complex and the improvement was dramatic. I noticed a downturn they were experiencing and asked if he stopped taking the B complex and he had. He will never self treat and will die following his doctors advice. His choice.

I in no way was indicating that his choice was inferior or that he needed to be led. Certainly not that I was so nobel I would pretend to lead. It would be a better world if those that feel they are more nobel would come to understand they are not and to share rather than lead, including those in the medicial field. In my opinion that would lead to more valuable information rather than pretending to be more wonderful than others for there own personal gratification.

I agree, however I do not mean to lead people to follow suit… No .. I meant .. lead them to information so they then can decide if that information could be helpful in their situation. I found by my experience that quite a few people just go by what their GP and other medical professionals tell them even though they don’t feel any difference. Even worse in many cases. And still…

I used to tell people that they might find Chandy's book helpful. Thing is I now understand it was ground breaking 30 years ago and not much has changed since that is mainstream.

I do not have a source of information that I can now recommend with any confidence. Nor do I see any reason to believe one is forthcoming.
