New to this group! I am GoodWalkerme.
I have enough dietary calcium, so I am taking D3, K2, and
Magnesium
supplements. My GP did a full blood profile all levels came back within normal parameters. This is very early days for me, and I remain inspired, and supported by the many people who post on this site.

On 60 mgs, potassium low, magnesium low, cramps, dizzy, fatigue ,the runs etc...
Due to reduce to 40mgs tomorrow but really feeling very strange, balance off, BP low for me, I'm on 2 x meds for BP which are contraindicated with steroids as should increase BP?? The symptoms are consistent with low potassium levels (call from hospital to tell me that) but worsening. Eating everything

Blood results within range. Is this a problem?
Should be more like 100 *
Magnesium
0.96 (0.66 - 0.99 mmol/L) Irrelevant. The results are not reliable with
magnesium
. Not worth testing. * Ferritin 51.80 (30 - 400 μg/L) Too low. Should be over 100. * Serum Folate 38.10 (8.83 - 60.8 nmol/L) * Active B12 >150 (37.5 - 150 pmol/L) Good.

Why do I feel so much better in the evening?
Am taking 5mg folinic acid daily, plus vitamin D3, K2, gentle iron 20mg EOD, and

I'm RLS free now and want to share how
Magnesium
+ B6 help. General multivitamins from different manufacturers every day, 1 pill, no matter what is a suggested daily intake. Right now I have 5 different brands of multivitamins on my shelf, taking a different pill every day.

Cramps
I try to drink lots of water, take
magnesium
and calcium tablets but some nights it's waking me every hour. I have to get up and walk on cold floor tiles or douse legs in cold water with a flannel, massaging does not help.My hands mainly evening start to cramp up.

Positive Update
He started taking
magnesium
glycinate 400 mg, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3 2000u daily and ferrous sulphate 375mg at night on an empty stomach 5 weeks ago. I am pleased to say for the first time in a year or so he is going to sleep and staying asleep all night.

3 week Update
She feels the
magnesium
may be behind it and persevering with it but I'm not sure it's the culprit as we have only started out and the doses are not the full recommended daily dose. Her sleep time is reducing.
