Research your options!!
Unfortunately because of numerous food allergies I cannot get the needed vitamins and minerals so I am researching supplements and so far I have added K2 and
magnesium
to my daily supplements. I have also read that weight bearing exercises, yoga, walking are helpful.

Help! I've run out of options
Think that must have been the
magnesium
as I was regular with those. Have gone back to the liquid and after the third day a different feeling in the bowel but nevertheless its making me feel sicky and very uncomfortable. I'm at a loss now.

Change of effect of T3 .
The one thing that has helped is
magnesium
, but I still don't feel ' right ' . I understand people do have to make alterations to their doses but after so many years it puzzles me . Im actually 74 so maybe a factor ? If anyone has any suggestions or could shed any light , I'd be so grateful .

Deadline to reduce to 7.5 mg!
She did order blood tests for inflammation markers as well as for the potasium,
magnesium
, etc. and iron, incase I'm annemic. We'll see what those say before I start to taper, but I finally have her on board for testing first at least.

Flu Can Bring Back AFIB
I immeditely took 2
magnesium
tablets a day - I dont know if this helped in any way, but as the Flu evolved, after 2 more days the 24*7 AFIB stopped and went away completely - I assume the heart inflamation has reduced as I heal, so normal heart electrical impulses resumed.

Vitamins - Hashimoto & bonedensity
I take 250 mg
magnesium
and 4000! iu vitaminsD daily. What other vitamins should I be taking? My bone density test shows bones are getting weaker. I have osteopenia and oesteprosis! Would taking bone up to increase bone density a good idea? I posted recent blood test, Recent vitamins D in range.

Hypo- induced tight, stiff, painful legs – any suggestions?
I was taking
Magnesium
citrate, for its laxative & relaxing properties, but I don’t need the laxative anymore and I’m exhausted all the time, so would prefer a boosting kind like
Magnesium
malate, or
Magnesium
chloride? Or something else altogether? (I take Vit D, B 12 complex, C and Iron.)
