Week 9 run 3 - DONE!
Last run of the programme completed this afternoon, in bright sunshine. I'm particularly pleased that I've managed to finish as I originally started the C25K back in May but had to stop as I had injured my back. It would be over 8 weeks before I could begin to run again, starting over at Week 1.

More results… still tired but so much better
I Vitamin B12 (sublingual). 1 Vitamin D3 + K2 every day and 1
Magnesium
Malate (high absorption) every other day. Take my Levo at 4am and all my vitamins apart from B12 with my evening meal. Should I be doing anything else or anything different please? I’m vegetarian and mostly dairy free.

Hashimotos fatigue
I’ve started taking b complex, vitamin A and
magnesium
…. Does anyone have any suggestions of what I could do to help? Do those supplements which claim to support conversion of T4 to T3 do anything? Should I maybe stop taking the T4 until my T3 arrives?

Heart anxiety/ectopic beats taking over my life (18 years old)
It is now a month later and he has prescribed me with propranolol which I have yet to try, I have been taking the
Magnesium
Taurate (with his approval) for about 5 days and it is hard to tell whether it has been beneficial yet but we will see hopefully.
