Magnesium recommendation

Hi I’m looking for some advice on the best magnesium to take,I currently just take a boots one but I’ve been doing a bit of research and have found there to be all different kinds,which one would be classed as the best please?

Do you tend to suffer from constipation?

If yes try Calm vitality magnesium powder.

Cheap and easy to use. Start on low dose, increase until get desired effect. Too much can cause diarrhoea.

All magnesium supplements must be minimum 4 hours away from levothyroxine. Best taken afternoon or evening as relaxing

Another option is Igennus Triple magnesium

Full dose is 3 per day…..personally I find one is fine

Large capsules, can tip powder out

I did suffer from constipation SlowDragon but since starting my T3 that was one of the first improvements I had:Thanks I’ll look into those ones.
