Will never get the hang of RA
Missing a week of baricitnib by accident it’s been a slow slog trying to get back on my feet . 2 weeks plus of pain and mobility problems with lots of heat/ice packs along with Epsom salts baths there has been no improvement. Last night was my worst ever for pain. right foot painful and very very hot

Help with bloods please
Good afternoon I wondered if someone could help me interpret my blood results. On 25th March I was tested looking for arthritis but they did a thyroid test and it came back abnormal so a week later I tested again, still abnormal but this time T3 was in range. I was referred to Endo who prescribed

Problem with magnesium?
Hi, been taking magnesium citrate for a few weeks, about 200 mg a day, upped it to 300 mg the last couple of days. Couldn’t sleep last night as every time I was just about to drop off , I got the sensation of falling( best way I can describe it) and I was jolted awake again. Vaguely remember someone

Do you take extra minerals and salt during heatwave?
Hello every everyone and although I haven’t posted for a while (no news is goods news😀) I do follow your excellent posts regularly. I was diagnosed a year ago after couple of AnE visits during the heatwave May 2020. It’s been a bit of journey and the first six months were challenging to say the least

Hi everyone
Well I thought nothing could be worse to experience than 2020. How wrong was I ☹️ I am 4 weeks post ostomy operation, after my hubby found me unconscious on bathroom floor. After a vast number of doctors and medics battled to keep me alive after crashing more than once, I was transferred to hospital

Sleep is complicated or perhaps not so much
I am 61 and have had various issues with insomnia. In many ways now I have less of a problem than I had previously, but I have learnt a lot and I now take quite a range of supplements that enable me to handle sleep issues so at times I am no longer tired during the day. I have joined this forum to see

Red light Therapy for rls
I am 75 and have had quite bad rls for about ten years. For three weeks I have continued to take high dose magnesium (600 mg) plus shining my Beurer IL 50 infrared heat lamp on my legs for 8 minutes every second night. This takes rls symptoms away. Is this a placebo effect or is there some solid science
