Latest blood test results, where do I start?!
Afternoon everyone, I posted recently and went away to get some more blood tests, I've now got the bulk of the recent results. I'm on the waitlist for a total thyroidectomy but until then I'm just trying to improve my symptoms (mainly lack of patience, irritability, low libido, fatigue, anxiety etc

Magnesium citrate
Does anyone on here take Magnesium citrate long-term? I started taking it just before Xmas after finding a recommendation on here & it has definitely helped with constipation. Having done a bit more research with Mr. Google I am a bit worried that prolonged use can have side effects.

doctors all told me it was anxiety and vagus nerve dyfunctioning on right side of my body. I also have tinnitus and restricted hearing on my right side that also started from my head injury ( motorbike accident), Whole right side is stiff, struggling or too petrified to move my neck as I don't know what's

How long to get back to NSR after a colonoscopy?
Earlier this week I had a colonoscopy. The procedure itself was fine, almost painless, and removed some small polyps. But now my AF is back big time after a really good year. I am gutted - forgive the pun. I suspect the bowel preparation has played havoc with my electrolytes and also with my gut bacteria

My Latest Stack: Anybody want to deep dive on protocols?
So this is my latest stack. I think I have a good list now. Now it is time to fine tune it. Get the dosages and timing right. Will any of it help? I hope so. I have not been diagnosed with PD. I have been diagnosed with REM Sleep Behavior Disorder (with other troubling symptoms). I still have a sore

PPI’s and atrial fibrillation
Curious as to what others experience is with proton pump inhibitors, especially those whose AF symptoms are vagal in origin? I came off daily PPI’s as I believed they were contributing to my episodes breaking through. After stopping the PPI’s I noticed a significant drop in my AF episodes, however three
