Vitamin results at last
Hi all, I posted my thyroid blood tests back in January, but have been trying to get my vitamins tested via the surgery with no success, so I've just forked out for a Blue Horizon test and the results and ranges are as you can see above with the 'normal' protocols of no Levo for 24 hours, no biotin for

8 months since first post..new results and questions
8 months on from my first noobie post on the forum asking for help. I’m pretty pleased with this, feeling so much better than I did, the advice here has been life changing. Still work to do, very achy, limited capacity to do anything outside of turning up to work/home stuff but that is an improvement

so after 3 x TSH (low but in range) and 2 x T4 (low but in range) and 1 T3 and normal antibodies my doctor still will not treat me. These blood tests from October-January. I have to go back again in 8 weeks to repeat bloods. I’m not medicated for my thyroid Last blood test. My TPO was 30 (0-50)

No more multiple PVCs after daily sauna
I am a 58 years old male. I went into cardiac arrest almost 2 years ago when I was rapid afib. I now have a pacemaker defibrilator. Thanks to my diet, rich in potassium and magnesium, I have been afib free most of the time. Though at times I still had multiple PVC's, bigeminy usually at lunch time.

Timing of Magnesium L-Threonate dosage
(Apologies to those who have seen this in the FB Parkinson’s group. I thought I would expand my reach since I haven’t gotten a response yet.) My question is for those who take Magnesium L-Threonate. This is the one I take. It says to take 4-2 in the morning and 2 “two hours before bed.” That second

Only temporary respite from IV iron?
Back again - thought I was done with RLS after my iron infusion but seems like the respite was only temporary. Presently having symptoms from dawn until dusk, though some days are worse than others. Iron IV was 6 weeks ago; have just had bloods drawn for an iron panel so will see my neurologist when

Low TSH
hello, I’m wondering if some of you knowledgeable people can give me some advice please. I feel under medicated on 75 mcg of levothyroxine, but the doctor insisted that I needed a blood test, even though they agreed my symptoms sounded like I needed an increase in meds. I’ve called the surgery and surprise

Itchy skin with no rash
Wondering if anyone else has itchy skin? I've been SI B12 for a year and been feeling much better for the last 3 months, so reducing injections to 1 per week (sometimes less). However, in the last few weeks I have had terribly itchy skin, particularly around my front trunk but also in my scalp, hands

Hoes it going fellow heart obsessed lot, do any of you guys take this and how much? I’ve tried magnesium and with the beta blockers it seems to slow my heart way too much. Pvcs are frequent but not as bad as they were. They’re there all the time so looking for a natural help. Cod liver oil is good for

Thyroid or Pituitary Problem?
Sorry in advance for the long essay! Desperatly hoping for some advice. I am a 30-year-old female suffering fatigue, brain fog & migraine with visual disturbances since July 2020, therefore I stopped the COCP after a 10-year use (which was prescribed for the management of menorrhagia). Since stopping

NMDA and AMPA are both synthesized chemicals that activate glutamate receptors, they incite glutamate excitotoxicity
This begs the question - if these are not naturally occurring substances in our body - how the hell did they get into our brains? And what can we do about it? NMDA is not an endogenous (native) substance. It's not found in our body tissue but rather synthesized as an excitotoxin for research into NMDA
