Heading down hospice road too…
Next step was
Lynparza
(olaparib), started January 5 which left him a zombie, unable to eat, drink and it severely dropped his hemoglobin. He ended up in the hospital after 3 weeks on it for a blood clot in his leg and blood transfusion so olaparib was stopped.

Lynparza after Enhertu?
I have a meeting with my oncologist tomorrow but she said we may try
Lynparza
and stop Enhertu due to the several new areas. I’m ER+, HER2 low, BRAC2+. Has anyone here started
lynparza
after Enhertu or Taxol with good results?

FDA ODAC -Lynparza (olaparib), PARP inhibitor, is only for metastatic castration-resistant PC patients whose tumors have a BRCA mutation.
The FDA Oncologic Drugs Advisory Committee agreed with the agency’s forcefully stated view that
Lynparza
(olaparib), a PARP inhibitor, should be given only to metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer patients whose tumors have a BRCA mutation.

When to add Lynparza?
Genetic testing shows my cancer has the ATM mutation, which qualifies me for
Lynparza
. My doc has put in order for Pluvicto, but uncertain when/if it will be available. My question: is there any downside to add
Lynparza
to my current treatment of Lupron and Nubeqa, or would it be beneficial?

Need some advice on what tools are still in the toolbox
I was also denied for Talzenna and
Lynparza
. I have an appt with on June 15th and I want to do my research and be prepared to discuss other possible options. I’ll be 63 next week and I feel great. I retired last year and we are currently traveling out west so I could enjoy my QOL.

Been on
Lynparza
for one month and PSA is going up -was told that it is not uncommon for PSA to rise before it falls again. Has anyone else had this experience? Thank you.

Also, has anyone gone off-label with
Lynparza
, without having the BRCA mutation, and how did that work out? Thank you for any feedback you can provide!

How active were/are you with Olaparib (Lynparza)?
Hi all, I had my 6th and last dose of chemo (nab-paclitaxel+ carboplatin) 4 weeks ago. I started Olaparib today. I am supposed to start work at 40% 1st of May, and increase by 20% each month. I know that I could have some side effects with Olaparib, I would rather
NOT KNOW
so much about them

Ac-225 results and next steps
His Guardant 360 does show a CHEK 2 mutation which would make him eligible for
Lynparza
. He also has a high TMB of 14.35 which makes him eligible for Keytruda. He is also willing to try chemo, again, as he has always tolerated it well.

Recurrence symptoms
I've had to go off one of my PARPS (
Lynparza
) because of complications and I hate how every little thing is making me so crazy paranoid: every abdominal twinge, weird bathroom issue, fatigue, gurgling tummy, feeling of fullness...is is cancer? Or is it just everyday stuff?

If Pluvicto fails…what next?
Dxed March ‘18, and has gone through the gamut of standard of care (Docetaxal, Jevtana, Ra223,
Lynparza
, ADT) and now Pluvicto. He had one round about 4 weeks ago. Bloodwork a few days after round 1 showed an increase in PSA, but significant decrease in Alk Phos.
