Talzenna

Has anyone tried Talzenna ? My dad was just started and after 2 weeks his PSA spiked 47 points to 105. He’s been battling hard, Lynparza worked like a miracle for 7 months then had to decrease dose d/t low hemoglobin and low RBC, had to have transfusions twice. Then Lynparza stopped working after the lower dose/pause in therapy. His oncologist said give the combo of Xtandi and Talzenna at least 6-8 weeks to see results. Any info is appreciated. My dad is a strong 87 yo that really hasn’t stopped doing what he wants/can. Diagnosed a little over 3 years ago Gleason score of 9 with bone mets.

Anemia is still the most prevalent serious side effect, as it is for all PARP inhibitors.
