It doesn't work well if there are no BRCA mutations, and is not FDA-approved for non-BRCA+:
BRCA2+ here. MO took me off Zytiga/Prednisone when I started Lynparza
I am on all three.
It's approved in EU for non-BRCA+ patients but beware and please read: healthunlocked.com/advanced...
I have just learned I am BRCA2+. MO said to stop Zytiga and Prednisolone and wait 4 weeks for it to wash out of system, then start Lynparza.
