is this combination very effective usually? Have you heard of it working for non brca (but very mutated) cancer?

It doesn't work well if there are no BRCA mutations, and is not FDA-approved for non-BRCA+:

BRCA2+ here. MO took me off Zytiga/Prednisone when I started Lynparza

I have just learned I am BRCA2+. MO said to stop Zytiga and Prednisolone and wait 4 weeks for it to wash out of system, then start Lynparza.
