I’ve been taking 600 mg of lynparza for 12 days now. Since then I’ve developed aversion to food I used to like. I get this after taste nauseous feeling and lost my appetite to eat. Anyone has this experience? Would appreciate any tips.

I had that problem with Afinitor. It’s a side effect of that drug too. I lost a lot of weight and my oncologist noted it as anorexia. She suggested Sustagen as it’s high calorie but the issue is with the bitter taste food has so I didn’t find it as helpful as hoped. Short of stopping the medication which ultimately I did, I think that the only solution is to find something you can tolerate. I found green tea was okay to drink and I was able to eat a small steak every second day. Anything else that I loved like chocolate or coffee was intolerable.

Sorry I’m not being much help but hopefully you can find something you can eat although it might not be easy. I’d definitely try Sustagen especially if you’re losing weight.
