started treatment at John Hopkins in 2008 with Dr Walsh (best in world) Gleason 9.9 with prostate removed. Continue at UAB and cancer center (Georgia) with great treatment’s radiation and chemotherapy through 2021 when all doctors and teams retired or moved to other locations. Used Lynparza and Xtandi over 2 years with side effects stopped in 2020 Started lu177 in 8/2021 with PSA 60+_. After 3 treatments PSA went to 5200 !!! With no real options Dr Sartor suggested I might try adding Lynparza and Xtandi with pluvicto lu177. We did and felt better and PSA is 62 after 5 th treatment. Thank God for a doctor who thought out side book!

Mazel Tov! My husband is a Gleason 10, had Lupron, Casodex and Zometa infusions. No breaks. He's in his 19th year.
