Seeking feedback on PSMA Scan results after 6 chemo treatments
analysis came back positive for ATM, which appears to qualify me for
Lynparza
for treatment at some point. Any thoughts and/or suggestions welcome! THANK YOU. IMPRESSION: Further improvement in size and intensity of uptake in multiple nodal and osseous metastases.

Cancer treatment wait times for returning UK citizen
We have gone through one recurrence and my partner is now on
Lynparza
, though we don't know if it's working yet. I have a question that I hope some of you in the UK can help answer. My partner is from Manchester and is a UK citizen. But she has been living in Hong Kong for the last 10 years.

Stopping olaparib/lynparza
Hoping others can share their experiences. My mom was given the option to stop taking olaparib after 2 years because she is NED. She is BRCA negative. She decided she is going to stop. Of course, as her daughter, I am panicked because we have had 2 years with her that we were not expecting. But I

Quality of life on Lynparza PARP inhibitor
After 6 rounds of chemo and debulking surgery, we're bring told that they recommend she go on
Lynparza
. Has anyone here been on it? How long and what are the side effects? We're curious about quality of life on the drug since it's something more long-term. Thank you!

NHS agrees to roll out Olaparib (Lynparza) April 2023.
The drug, olaparib (
Lynparza
®), targets cancers with mutations in the BRCA genes, and works by stopping cancer cells from being able to repair their DNA by blocking a molecule called PARP, which causes the cancerous cells to die.

Things don’t look good!!!
My husband has been on Zytiga,
Lynparza
, Keytruda Doxetaxel, Cabazitaxel as well as Carboplatin. Nothing really worked long term. He is Castrate resistant. He most recently had one treatment of Lu 177. His platelets never really bounced back since his first treatment.

Abiraterone/enzalutamide+PARP inhibitor better than abiraterone/enzalutamide alone for mCRPC, even without BRCA+
By combining the PARP inhibitor (
Lynparza
(olaparib) or Talzenna (talazoparib)) with either abiraterone or enzalutamide, cancer progression was slowed, even in men who were BRCA-.

CA15-3 jumped 2nd month on Lynparza
Hello to those on
Lynparza
. I started taking
Lynparza
1st August this year. After 4 weeks, my CA15-3 went down from 139 to 95. But my blood test result for CA15-3 says it climbed to 200. I would welcome any comments and ask those who have experienced this to please share their experience.

creatinine increase 3 months after Lynparza
Psa went from 20 to 2-- creatinine went from 1.8 to 2.2 no obstruction or infection found I'm hoping this due to the know factitious increase in creatinine on lab testing without renal harm- Opinions welcome please. What lab test is available to confirm? Thank you

Lynparza and OC Recurrences
Then my oncologist put me on
Lynparza
. I am going to be coming off the
Lynparza
around March 2023. I am nervous but my oncologist told me that another recurrence is in the cancer's favor and it's really a matter of when not if.
