Diagnosis, but awaiting pathology. Just need to off-load! Advice on preparing for chemo.
Apparently my disease is not presenting itself in the "normal" way because there is no abdominal fluid and there is extensive pelvic and paraaortic
lymphadenopathy
(I.e. Outside of abdominal cavity). Trust me to be different!

Help!
I saw GP had widespread
lymphadenopathy
(breast clinic - lymph node too) low WCC mildly elevated ESR. I saw an immunologist who found cadiolipin Ab and CD4 count of less than 200. After months and some fluoxetine I got better and it was put down to stress.

GERD and it's consequences
Vagal-sparing oesophagectomy was developed for patients with intramucosal oesophageal cancer who did not need the extensive
lymphadenopathy
of a standard oesophagectomy.[48]By avoiding the extensive lymph node dissection, the vagal nerves are spared and patients experience less gastrointestinal side

The retro peritoneal

Good News at last
I have just had the result which confirms, thanks be to God and the medical profession "No evidence of any recurrent disease,
lymphadenopathy
or new metastases". I know it is again early days but I am now in a much better position. Thanks to you all, keep fighting and praying, Best wishes Phil
