Splenomegaly means enlarged spleen. The Lymphadenopathy is possibly the cause of the enlarged spleen. I'm not medically qualified to say whether its a benign condition or a sinister condition, you would need to add in all the other diagnostic tests you've had, the results, your medical history and a chat with your specialist to get the correct meaning of the lymphadenopathy part.

I'm in Poynton and very disabled so my husband has to take me everywhere if you can handle that I'd love to meet up somewhere? I've no idea where SK10 is yet but will have a look. I thought you were probably Bollington way hence the name?! I'm 60 yrs old BTW.

Hi Lesley I've sent you a private message. It should pop up somewhere at the top of the screen. Let me know if it doesnt. I'm also on FB so could do a FB 'friend' if you want to private msg that way.

Hi, gosh I've had some trouble trying to reply to you! I'm not very techi and have not been able to find your msg.

I have only recently been diagnosed with diabetic cirrhosis and the Splenomegaly Lymphadenopathy and had scared myself yesterday looking it up?

Yes, I think I am the same Lesley as I'm the only Lesley on FB with Jehan as a surname? It comes from Guernsey. The one on my profile is Fiz my little spoiled Jack Russell. Winston is a big red, Romanian, long legged lump who does nothing but show his bits to the world and opera sing to warn other dogs to stay away from us! He's been thro sooo much over there. My eldest daughter has 3 Romanian rescue dogs (1 is Winstons daughter,) and a GS and my youngest girl has 4 one of which is Winstons ex-wife.

The only places I know that are accessible for me are The Legh Arms, the Kingfisher - (Wetherspoons?) unless there's somewhere up your way? I'm in a wheelchair. We've only lived here 5 years and I don't get around about very often so don't really know anywhere else?

I'm rattling on sorry!

Take care
