Newbie. Increasing psa. What to do next?
No pelvic
lymphadenopathy
. Conclusion. PIRADs 2 ie presence of clinically significant prostatic malignancy is less likely. Even after the mri results, my urologist still wants to do biopsies. Could there be some other reason for my increase in psa rather than PCa?

Does CLL run in families
Coming off prednisone and the test showed internal
lymphadenopathy
so, she probably had cll then and then I was diagnosed. I'm wondering it there is a familial connection? I have 2 sisters who are fine.

My father diagnosed with Stage IV prostate cancer mets to lymph nodes supraclavicular
Lymphadenopathy
found in pelvic nodes on the left side. We are feeling very heavy hearted. Studies of Life expectancy with Metastasis to lymph nodes is limited 18-22 months. It's rare for it to spread up this high into the thorax. My father is a fighter and he is in good spirits.

Chronic chest pain that won't go away
There is no
lymphadenopathy
within the chest. The evaluation of the pulmonary arteries reveals adequate opacification of contrast through the mid subsegmental level. No filling defects are identified to suggest pulmonary embolism.

Have recently received CT scan results and do not understand them
There is small volume mediastinal
lymphadenopathy
." Dr described Emphysema as "significant". I am a 54 year old female and diagnosed with emphysema at 38 years. Should I be worried?

Help!!! Incorrect diagnosis???
I presented with no B symptoms and diffuse
lymphadenopathy
. Swollen neck nodes appeared in October of 2016 and continued to increase to 3 x 2.5 cm so not huge, I stopped trying to count swollen nodes in neck as it was a bit overwhelming, not large in size, but both sides.

Daughter of Newly Diagnosed CLL Patient - 3 Weeks Until Chemotherapy - Any information greatly appreciated!
2) Does such prompt suggestion for treatment so soon after initial diagnosis seem typical given his
lymphadenopathy
? 3) If FCR is advised following confirmation of stage, is hair loss a side effect of treatment?

What to do?
My blood work isn't awful (pretty much just high wbc, lymphs) but I have lots of
lymphadenopathy
inside and out with wierd neuralgias, am very fatigued, and have night sweats . Dr. Byrd feels it is time for treatment and so do I especially with the complex karyotype. My choices: 1.

No signs of disease
This is big news for me as I am more SLL and it was my
lymphadenopathy
which was worrying everyone most. I had a post cycle 6 BMB which found MRD of 0.0345% and I'm hoping this will also be clear by my next BMB in two months time.

No significant retro peritoneal
lymphadenopathy
. No destructive bony lesions. The lung bases are clear. Impression: Imaging appearances are suggestive of possible early cirrhotic changes as describe above. Otherwise, unremarkable study".
