Lymphadenopathy

Interval enlargement of massive bilateral axillary lymphadenopathy.

This is my first… Recently diagnosed with HRPC including regional lymphadenopathy and two small metastasized spots to the pelvic bone. Details are in my bio. Treatment plan saw me start ADT (orgovyx) two weeks ago with my testosterone dropping today to .1 nmol/L and my PSA from 43 to 11.

Regional lymph nodes: No evidence of pelvic lymphadenopathy. mi-N-stage: NO Distant s i t e s o f d i s e a s e : Extrapelvic nodes: No evidence of extra-pelvic lymphadenopathy. Bones: N o definite evidence of osseous metastases.

No cervical lymphadenopathy. My question is: if I have no signs of thyroiditis - is it Ord's as I always thought because no goitre but dose Ord's present without thyroid inflammation i.e. itis.

Impression: Since prior studies as above, decreased pelvic lymphadenopathy Abdominopelvic nodes: Decreased right posterior region External iliac adenopathy .8x.7cm previously 2.0 x1.7.

Bone scan clear but lymphadenopathy in groin nodes (inguinal; iliac nodes). Does this mean spread? Being sent for a PET Scan Friday.

Wbc of 14 and alc of 8.8 - no symptoms or lymphadenopathy. My tests were just completed and everything seemed very favorable except one thing.

Tracer avid axillary, iliac, obturator, and inguinal lymphadenopathy. While this is not consistent with metastatic prostate cancer, it is concerning for a secondary malignancy.

No lymphadenopathy, suspicious bone lesions, or other abnormality identified. Small pelvic free fluid. My concern is that the tumor size increasing. I am considering getting another read on the MRI from Andrew Rosenkratz.

I have SLL, W&W , generalized lymphadenopathy but last dr visit 6 weeks ago doc said none were bigger than fingernail or so. Bloods not bad. Fatigue comes and goes. But just recently I have had 3 or 4 bouts of pressure under my rib cage with some pain off and on going down my sides.

No lymphadenopathy visualised in either cervical chain. Conclusions: Thyroid is atrophic in keeping with end stage diffuse thyroid disease. No acute findings. What does this mean?
