Hello my dad was diagnosed in June with lung cancer. He started chemo gem/Cisp and is half wY through treatment. The plan was 2-3 cycles of chemo followed by upper left lung removal. T1 N2 M0. Just a update on my progress from my double lung transplant
It's now 8 weeks since I had my op. I'm doing really well the doctors are really happy with my progress. It's so nice to be able to breathe without oxygen. And do the normal things s 40 year old woman does. My kids are so happy that they have finally got there mum back especially my 11 year old son

Surgery on Friday
I finally got word yesterday that my lung surgery is tomorrow, I am still stressed out with all the delays but trying to stay calm, I have to be at the hospital at 7.15am and I am first on list, wish me luck. wishing you all well Margaret x

Lost my mom to aspergillosis
