Double lung transplant

Hello, I am 34, 4 years post a double lung transplant due to Cystic Fibrosis. Over the past year I keep having a harder and harder time cooping with the side effects from the list of meds.

Insomnia, Muscle cramps/spasms (almost from my neck to feet at times), memory loss, confusion, anxiety are the major ones limiting my enjoyment of this new lease on life.

I am open to any and all suggestions. Anyone who has dealt with any aspect of this and has found something that works for you, please share.

I’ve only just joined this group , how you doing now ? I’ve only just got onto the transplant list so can’t comment on side effects but if your willing to share your experiences I am sure it would benefit me. Currently I’m quite scared of the whole thing !
