Confusing Cortisol Tests Results
Cortisol free urine: 165+ ug/24h (normal 36-137). These two tests were done in another day: Cortisol AM (serum): 358 nmol/l (normal 123-626) Cortisol PM (serum): 40.3 nmol/l (normal 46-389) My doctor couldn't conclude either high or low cortisol!

Short Synacthen test
So I'm thrilled an Endo is finally taking me seriously and booked for this test in Feb HOWEVER it's my understanding this is for low cortisol (Addisons usually) and I have 4 high highs through the saliva test. Have I got my hopes up for nothing? Will it be a waste of time? Thanks

T3 dose timing
So, it's me again, sitting here, trying to fight off all the nasty hypo symptoms while on synthetic T4/T3 combo... and wondering which method to use: the CT3M or taking a single T3 dose at bedtime. Help Feeling Overwhelmed and GP thinks I'm fine
So I'm far from fine with periods of brain fog which thanks to this site I've looked into and do now unfortuantly feel quite daunted but it is what it is. Here are my blood results below, any feedback would be useful because I feel clueless: November 2016: - Serum TSH 1.57 {norm range 0.3 - 3.94} -

High cortisol+NDT?
Is it dangerous to take NDT whilst cortisol levels are high (as shown by 24 hour saliva test)? If not dangerous would it interfere with NDT working? or is that just with low cortisol? Very confused. Thanks!

Lyme disease positive
Have just tested positive for Lyme disease. As well as hashi's, hypothyroid, adrenal fatigue, low cortisol and progesterone. Lyme is new today, others were last month. Pain is horrid. Any words of wisdom for me?

Switch from Thyroid-S...?
Sorry if this question has been asked before, but I am currently reviewing my options: staying on Thyroid-S, trying any of the other Thai brands instead, or giving Erfa another chance (I do have a prescription for Erfa but don't like the critical reviews going back a couple of years). It's also possible

Suspected Cushing's: High cortisol levels on saliva test, now low cortisol after 8 months on Levothyroxine. Can this happen with Cushing's?
Hi all. For a number of years I've been increasingly ill and earlier this year a doctor suggested I be checked for Cushing's as I have many of the primary symptoms, including huge weight gain around my stomach (despite genuinely eating little food due to nausea), the stria (reddish purple stretch marks

Please Help
Good afternoon I'm very new to this site and was wondering if I could possibly get some help with my test results? I am exhausted, physically and mentally - the slightest bit of exercise almost kills me and my ankles swell just from going out for a walk! Like everyone I am struggling with my weight,

Hypothyroid: High cortisol tests, cannot explain, but coincide with high thyroid labs, on new NDT brand this year
Originally, almost 2 years ago, I was diagnosed hypothyroid and had low hormones right across the board, including low cortisol all day. Recently, after some time stable and optimal, my thyroid FT3 and FT4 were over range, so I have been reducing my WP Thyroid which I started this year. I just did saliva

Is it anxiety, certain deficiencies, an illness or something completely else..?
Hello everyone, for the past few days I've been googling, visiting doctors and doing checkups and I am already SO fed up. Every single day I am like this - so tired I can't even sit up at times, dizzy, depersonalized, derealised, confused. I visited my doctor two days ago - she was sarcastic and nasty

Adrenal questions
Help on lab results. I have finally gotten my thyroid under control but I'm still having some ackward symptoms. Due to adrenals I'm sure. My saliva test confirms that I have low cortisol and my temps are still marginally low. My labs are as follows. Morning 5.4 range .9 to 9.5 Noon .73 range .6
