Confusing Cortisol Tests Results

Cortisol free urine: 165+ ug/24h (normal 36-137).

These two tests were done in another day:

Cortisol AM (serum): 358 nmol/l (normal 123-626)

Cortisol PM (serum): 40.3 nmol/l (normal 46-389)

My doctor couldn't conclude either high or low cortisol!

Cortisol PM is low.Check with endo.

Yes but what about 24 hrs urine isn't high? Which one to believe?

For advice,you need saliva test results.More accurate than blood or urine test.
