Help I'm sinking
They never did anything about it they transferred him with pneumonia and told the nursing home to give him
Levaquin
which is a antibiotic every 48 hours.

What does CLL stand for?????
I was harmed by the antibiotic
Levaquin
and somehow came across the CLL page. I was curious what CLL is so I looked to see but unfortunately there is nothing to tell me what CLL stands for. The home page doesn't explain it. The About page doesn't explain it.

Pneumonia
First time I had classic symptoms & it resolved with large dose of
Levaquin
as Doxy didn't work. Second time was 6 weeks ago - no symptoms apart from couple of instances of fever & terrible sudden pain breathing in. Didn't feel hugely ill and had no cough at all.

Can doctors miss PID?
Ive taken macrobid, cipro, doxycycline, and 2 rounds of
levaquin
...as well as metrogel and clindamycin cream...and a week of diflucan for yeast. I assume that if that all didn't cure this issue, then there's something more sinister causing all this. Can anyone relate?

Looking for Venclexta Support
He was given IG and is on
levaquin
for prevention of res. infection purposes. He gets to 400 next Thursday. The numbers have been drastically climbing down. His hg and plate have been low before treatment but seem to be holding steady. We will like to know any experiences with this drug.

Some non-chemotherapy medications that could have an additive effect in causing sun sensitivity include: •Antibiotics, such as Cipro (ciprofloxacin),
Levaquin
(levofloxacin), tetracycline, doxycycline, and Septra or Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim) •Diuretics, such as Lasix (furosemide) and Hydrodiuril

Hi:
I took
Levaquin
500mg for 10 days. But I still have pressure over my right eye the side that my deveated septum is on. Plus I still look sick. Now, I'm willing to live with this. But I took klonopin a few years ago and it seems to bring on Agoraphobia. And I was scared to go catch the bus.

Levaquin (levofloxacin) for bronchitis
Doc has prescribed the antibiotic
Levaquin
(levofloxacin) and as usual I have looked it up before taking it. One of the side effects is tendonitis or tendon rupture which can happen up to a year after finishing a course BUT this side effect is considerably increased if taking prednisone.

Muscle pain after Flu
My liver started hurting again too when they put me on
levaquin
(which I heard has all sorts of side effects). I went off it after 6 doses and they have put me on something else.

Ciprofloxacin (Cipro) Gemifloxacin (Factive) Levofloxacin (
Levaquin
) Moxifloxacin (Avelox) Norfloxacin (Noroxin) Ofloxacin (Floxin) It is interesting to compare the symptoms of Fibromyalgia with the problems people are having after being treated with Fluoroquinolone's, the stories make interesting reading

Coffee and effects?
(The last time I felt anything like this was when my liver was injured with
Levaquin
. I had extreme coffee intolerance out of the blue in that experience too.)
