So report has come back from investigation as : Vaginal atrophy and caruncle bladder findings unremarkable, ureteric orifice normal. so conclusion for use of HRT Now to decide definitely on the vagifem pessary or estriol cream, favouring the cream if I'm honest. just want it sorted !!

Hi, Hope you're all well?? I had an appointment this morning which was cancelled at the last minute after a year of waiting. I had to go to Bristol hospital as it specialises in endo and my local hospital said I am to complex. I have severe endometriosis, the last MRI that was done in April 24 shows

Starting Orgovyx
I've been taking mono xtandi for roughly 8 months. My most recent PSA showed and increase from 0.27 to 0.53. My MO and I decided it was time to resume ADT. Surprisingly, he was able to get Orogovyx approved and I started it last night. I'm panning the group to check if the half dozen or so SEs are

Orgovyx after 12 months
Just reaching the 12 month mark on Orgovyx. Lately, it is beginning to kick my ass. Just feel weak, depressed and unmotivated to exercise. Getting tired of hot flashes. I have put on about 15 lbs. since beginning ADT prior to radiation therapy. I was diagnosed GG3 (4+3=7), T2bN0M0. Lesion on one half

Flomax long-term?
I've been on Flomax (tamsulosin) since my positive biopsy in June 2022. In that time, I've had 2 years of ADT and 44 sessions of proton radiation, and am now done with treatments and all other drugs for the time being. It was initially prescribed at 2x/day, which was helpful during and after radiation

To radiate or not to radiate?
My metastatic prostate diagnosis was established three years ago by biopsy (Gleason 9) and PMSA that showed "innumerable osseous lesions" throughout my skeleton. I was started on ADT and initially responded well. However, my PSA has now risen to 0.7. So my oncologist ordered a repeat PET/PMSA that

Suggestions after Lutetium + Olaparib not working?
Hello community - hoping for some guidance post-Lutetium + Olaparib for my dad, which hasn't been working and has been extremely hard on his body (has needed blood transfusions practically every other week) and his markers are all going up. This is a rather long summary but grateful for any thoughts/

latest blood results…grateful for any thoughts/advice
**** I have posted screen-shots of recent results from Aug 2024 in the comments. Bit of a cock-up with timings - so it was a non-fasting, blood test taken about 7 hours after I’d had my levo (87.5mcg, been on that dose since April 2024. I’m also on HRT Evorel Sequi patches 50) - doesn’t seem to have

First appointment with a thyroid specialist. Any advice?
I recently had a blood test as my HRT meds haven't been addressing most of the symptoms I first presented with. To be honest I suspect perimenopause was the easy go to because of my age. The results showed a TPO antibody level of 1137 but my thyroid hormones are within normal range so I have been
