My take is that there is no advantage adding metformin in mHSPC when it's low volume. It looks like there is statistically significant advantage in case of high volume, but still needs to be confirmed. I see some posts here mention that some people had a psa rise and then got some met radiated and psa went down again. So one is on hormone therapy and psa rises , it does not necessarily mean one is getting castrate resistant ? Just trying to educate myself 😊
