ten years!

diagnosis was ten years ago this week. Mastectomy and clearance of lymph nodes, radiation, chemo, herceptin, eight years of hormonal,therapy.

Fantastic - Do you mind sharing your subtype (guessing HER2+). Anything changes you made in your life after diagnosis?

was indeed HER-2. A big one, 90 mm. Made no changes to lifestyle and diet, as already I eat non-UPF, plenty of veg, good exercise pattern.
