I have acid reflux and am taking lansoprazole. I have had barium meal and endoscopy which showed nothing of significance. I am losing weight week by week and am now under seven stone. I have a doctors appointment next week but just wondered if anyone else has had this and what resolved it. I feel

Hello everyone, Just wondering, those of you with reflux... how often have you had an endoscopy to check for Barrett's etc? I last had an endoscopy a little over five years ago and didn't have Barrett's then, but was wondering if I need to have one again at some point, as my reflux is much worse

Last Tuesday SALT said leave cuff down for 24 hours from Thursday to Friday morning, and if that went well, leave it down all weekend unless he was in distress. About a year ago, I began getting my thyroid meds stuck in my throat. All my other meds, vits and minerals, being much larger, seem to go down ok, as they seem to have sufficient "weight" behind them. My magnesium capsule is the size of a suppository 🤣 and I can swallow [i]that[/i] without a problem
