Eep tomorrow is gonna be crazy😐

Hi my fellow Fibro warriors🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗I'm at the hospital for a barium meal swallow at 8.30 am. Tomorrow.

It's a 3 hr drive there and back. No meds no food and little water🤔😵.

Then my foot lady will trim my toe nails and moisturise my feet. I hope my feet aren't on fire.

Then I'm speaking to a Dr I've been referred to but I don't know why😕 ?

I'm not sure brain fog won't have taken over by 9 am🙄.

It's too much for me.

My poor carer/friend is at hospital now for his feet and ankle problems. He's drawn all over his foot and leg to point out where the pain is. Lol.

Then it's back to make tea and out out my meds.

I'm getting a new carer next week. I haven't met her yet. The last is v poorly. 😫.

I need a nap 😌.
