Endo after laparoscopy, Suspect endo has spread.. pls help
I had laparoscopic surgery in July 2023 which found endo that had caused my left ovary to be attached to lining. They detached this and said its now damaged, this is fine as I don't plan on having anymore children. My problem is now I'm convinced its spread but have no idea where I go from here without

Advice?
I’ve just received my results from my
laparoscopy
back in November, they diagnosed Endometriosis and Adenomyosis, however the letter I received has barely any information on it. It’s said endo was found on both pelvic sidewalls, the para rectal space, and my right uterosacral ligament.

Step One… laparoscopy
They have signed me up for
laparoscopy
to have a proper look which is great (still nervous but appreciative of being listened to) But due to the examination, I have had excruciating pain, very nearly sick and bleeding lots. I’m having time off work… absolutely sick to death of this.

should I seek a third opinion about endo/adeno diagnosis?
I’ve had ultrasounds and 1
laparoscopy
(2022) by a general gynaecologist who determined I had no gynaecological issues, and it was “likely IBS”. Unhappy with this diagnosis, I sought a specialist referral elsewhere. They did an MRI scan last September which showed adenomyosis clearly.

second laparoscopy
I had my first
laparoscopy
in Sept 2021 when they drained my 6cm endometrioma. Now, 2 years later my endometrioma is back so I was offered a second surgery in Oct. I was told the risk of complications (stoma bag) is greater with the number of surgeries. Now I am not sure why is that?

Can the Depo injection have an impact on the outcome of a laparoscopy?
Just wondering whether it can have an impact on what is shown in a
laparoscopy
and whether I should cancel my depo appointment with it being so close to my surgery date?

Dienogest
I had a consultation with my specialist today and he decided to put me on Dienogest following the
laparoscopy
that I had in January, in which he found endometrial tissue in all four quadrants and a fluid filled pouch of Douglas.

Has anyone had a negative laparoscopy for Endometriosis but eventually got a diagnosis?
My most recent test,
laparoscopy
, showed a globular uterus, which they believe is caused by Adenomyosis but no endometriosis was found and I have since found out there is no 5cm fibroid, despite an ultrasound before the
laparoscopy
saying there was.

I had a
laparoscopy
to remove a blood cyst and clear/check for other endo back in march, I took a month off work which in hindsight might have been a bad idea.

Hello - any suggestions ?
I was diagnosed formally in 2023 with MRI and
laparoscopy
. After removal of a moderate cyst and 6 months on Prostap 3 i'm trying to make informed decisions about how best to manage my endometriosis. I have had experiences with both private and public health care with varied quality of support.

Now I am waiting an ablation
laparoscopy
and it’s been over a year since I have been waiting now. In feb I had my pre opp and was told my operation date will come soon but nothing as of yet. I was on pills and came off it end of December and had my period normal then.

Hello, A couple of years ago I had a
laparoscopy
which confirmed my endometriosis diagnosis. At the time I’d had my mirena coil for about 3 years.

uterine polyps and endometriosis
It makes me very anxious and I always think of the worst case scenario 🤦🏽♀️ 😆Waiting for another hysteroscopy and also for a
laparoscopy
for “suspected endometriosis”. ( I’m pretty sure I have it, because of the symptoms ) I would love to hear from you if you are going through the same experience

Feeling low after consultant meeting following laoaroscopy
I had a
laparoscopy
in August and no Endo was found but they did say I have a globular uterus, which is probably caused by Adenomyosis. I wasn't surprised, as I have all the symptoms. I met with the consultant and he did play my symptoms down.

How long after excision laparoscopy can I drive, exercise etc
Hi endo warriors, How long did it take you to get back to normal after excision surgery please? Hospital were a bit vague about it when I asked. I'm paranoid to get back to things like driving and exercising too soon as don't want to set back recovery. How long does it take to heal internally? I've had

Adenomyosis struggle
The Gyno in the NHS hospital I’ve been referred to, didn’t even want to see the MRI, but they finally booked a
laparoscopy
to “see what’s wrong”.
