Advice?

I’ve just received my results from my laparoscopy back in November, they diagnosed Endometriosis and Adenomyosis, however the letter I received has barely any information on it.

It’s said endo was found on both pelvic sidewalls, the para rectal space, and my right uterosacral ligament. Does anyone have any idea of what stage this would be? My surgeon has been rubbish in communicating with me or giving me any information. I am due to have a post op appointment soon but I’m just so confused and googling everything. Just wondering if anyone else has it in these areas and knows anymore about it.

Thank you!

Hi, I would believe it to be stage 3/4

Did you have any scans prior to this lap and was it done by a surgeon in general gynaecology or in specialist centre?

So this was my second lap, the first was general gynae who found a suspicious area but didn’t diagnose and this one was an endo specialist, I’d had an MRI prior to this second lap that showed what they suspected was deep endo on my uterosacral ligaments, hence why I was referred to a specialist this time around

I forgot to mention that the adenomyosis was seen on my MRI too
