Bloating & uncomfortable stomach
Hi all and have a good Christmas Day tomorrow 🎅🎄 Do any of you have an issue with dairy foods?! Or is this yet something else?! I am sure that the IBS I already have is sensitive to dairy. I have painlessly swapped butter, milk, cheese, yogurts and mayo to dairy free. But we had a meal at my mums

I take Abilify and I know the drug helps me, but I'm gaining too much weight!!!!
I recently saw my medical doctor last week. He thinks I need to lose weight and I totally agree. I'm the heaviest I've ever been. I already do a lot of walking and over the past week I've been trying to cut down on how much I eat and watch my portion sizes, doing things like instead of eating 2 hot

Please help :(
Hi I was wondering if I could get some advice, I’ve been experiencing severe abdominal pain for a while now along with Vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, having to rush off to the toilet, having blood and this horrible slime stuff in my poop. I’ve had loads of hospital tests which show nothing wrong

Prepping for round 3 - What questions should I ask following 2 failed cycles?
Unfortunately cycle 2 ended with BFN. It hurts, but not as much as the first time (which killed me). Plus it’s Xmas so I’m through in myself into the festivities (hello Prosecco my old friend!) before prepping for round 3. We have unexplained fertility though my AMH is lower (5.4) & AFC lower too (10

Morning interactions with levothyroxine?
I recently moved up to 75mg, I used to not eat breakfast, wake up take my thyroid in the morning with my wellbutrin, 100mg caffeine, b12, fish oil and theanine. Recently I started having breakfast about 10-15 minutes after , and the same set of supplements. I feel like I am more underdosed than I was

Eucalyptus oil
I have copd and have tried to find a natural air freshener for my house. I am using eucalyptus essential oil mixed with baking soda at the moment. Does any of you know if this is safe? I would appreciate any advice. Thank you.

It is not Sunday - but I thought I would update you on my diet experiment
So, I went all out vegan on Sunday, I also stopped all oils including the Omega 3 red
krill
oil
I have been taking for a couple of years, and other than a multivitamin and CalcD supplement stopped all other additions. Last Thursday, my Metoject Mtx dose went up slightly from 15ml to 17.5ml.

SUPPLEMENTING INTO (OR OUT OF) A HEALTHIER LIFE?
Okay, I realize most hypo or hyper thyroid patients take hormone pills, T4 or T3, NDT or combo’s of these. But, I also realize that vitamin supplementation is needed and, in fact some thyroid problems are, ostensibly performed by osteopaths that many claim have helped them considerably & a combination

My oncologist suggested
Krill
oil
but I am vegan. I may have to give in though. I grew up taking cod liver oil every day. My mother made it mandatory.

Trying to help to newly diagnosed PMR
I was 54 when it first hit from nowhere. I was in absolute agony and nobody got it. I struggled with the idea of PMR at my age and simply couldn’t bear the idea of it. Steroids just seemed such a big leap and I tried everything high mg slow release ibruprofen, turmeric, heated pads, you name it. I bought

Fish Oil Supplements
I have been faithfully taking Omega-3 (500mg) three times daily hopefully thinking it will help prevent my arrhythmia from coming back. Today I came across two articles by Verywell that counter this belief: https://www.verywellhealth.com/fish-oil-may-not-reduce-cardiac-events-study-finds-5088456?utm_campaign

New Blood Results after changing from Levothyroxine to Armour
Hi Everyone, 8 weeks ago I changed from Levothyroxine (75/100 alternate days) to 1 grain of Armour a day (0.5 grain twice a day). I've got updated blood test results and wondering for any opinions on them. I've submitted them to the Functional Practitioner, but I'm very grateful for wider knowledgeable
