Just wanted to let you know there is hope.
Hi, I posted earlier this year to let you all know not to give up on your wellness journey. I have seen my specialist again and they were amazed at how well I was doing. I'm now on 75mg of T4 and still 20mg of T3 as 100mg T4 was too high. But the best thing is I have lost loads of weight! I agree with

Krill oil for arthralgia
However a friend of mine recommended taking
Krill
oil
for arthritis (although my daughter only has acute pain, no swelling) which might stop the need for a drug change. Has anyone else done this and are there any side effects?

Is there any evidence for the bullet-proof coffee craze?
It's made from filter coffee, two tablespoons of grass-fed butter and two tablespoons of medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) oil, all blended together as a breakfast meal replacement (if you're doing the all-out bullet-proof diet). Fish oil
I've just been reading the label on my almost empty bottle of omega-3 fish oil that the recommended daily dose is 4 - 6 capsules. Have only been taking one daily! Am seriously wondering whether to bother replacing it although it's supposed to be an essential. Thoughts?

weight gain
I learned a lot from my experiment with diets. Not so much for PD but for weight loss. No sugar and max 30g carbs each day and I lost so much weight, fast, my wife feared for my health. I have since returned to sugar and carbs (moderation) and have maintained, have not gained the weight back. No calorie
