Treatment for low-PSA mHSPCa
Does anyone have a clue for treatment of low-PSA metastatic PCa? For neuroendocrine PCa? The only study I can find on treatment for low-PSA: "Mortality Risk for Docetaxel-Treated, High-Grade Prostate Cancer With Low PSA Levels: A Meta-Analysis | Oncology | JAMA Network Open" | indicates that

NASH & yellow diarrhea
Hi, I was diagnosed with NASH about 2 years ago.. I lost around 4 stone and my diet was a lot better, liver enzymes were in normal range. I then started on leflunomide for my rheumatoid arthritis around a month ago, and my ALT shot up to 100. I've been stopped the drug for about 2 weeks now but since

Unexplained fertility and recurrent failed implantation
We have been trying for a baby for 5 years. I have had two rounds of IVF and 7 transfers. One was successful but ended in miscarriage at 6 weeks. My embryos have all been high graded. I have 1 embryo left in the freezer, can anyone recommend any advice or anything to increase my chances of this last

Anyone have success with a stimulated FET transfer?
Hi everyone, I know all of you have your own experiences with IVF and while I haven't posted a lot recently, I do get a lot of support on this forum. I'm a week away from my fifth and final frozen embryo transfer. I've done medicated FET transfers - one was a chemical pregnancy and the other was negative

failed FET ☹️ next steps? More tests?
hi everyone, BFN today following a frozen transfer (it was a day 6, good quality embryo - not sure of the exact grading). I was told the embryo thawed perfectly and was hatching before transferred. My lining was 7.4 before I started the progesterone which I thought was borderline but the nurse used the

Scared and Feeling Helpless
Let me start by saying that it was my intention to wait for an official diagnosis for my dad before I started posting here. I found this group recommended on the Prostate Cancer Reddit Forum. I’ve been really struggling lately with absolute utter fear and lack of control (more on that later). My dad

The end of the road
I can't believe I'm writing this but our ivf journey is over in the most heartbreaking way. Everything was looking good with my lining, ovulation, progesterone over 100 and we got the call yesterday morning that our final embryo had survived the thaw and was looking good. We arrived at the clinic and

Melatonin, unsure of ivf clinics advice… help?!
after waiting weeks for my fertility clinic to answer my queries regarding taking -melatonin - DHEA -metformin - ubiquinol prior to my next fresh ivf cycle in 3 months, I’ve finally had a response today. They won’t prescribe metformin as I don’t have PCOS (fair enough.) They said given my

Time off work for IVF?
Hi, We've just got our dates for our first cycle of IVF. We'll be freezing the eggs after collection due to PCOS. My work are very supportive and flexible, so will accommodate me going to the appointments and working when I can, but my question is would it be better to book the whole couple of weeks

mHSPCa with undetectable PSA - chemo-only?
Is chemo-only justified, without ADT/androgen receptor pathway inhibitors, in a case like mine with two new mets discovered and with PSA less than 0.1? I have had no SOC medication since 2.5 years, after SRBR to a single identified met. Gleason 9. This study points to ADT not being of benefit to low-PSA
