Searching for hope and resilience
Hi fellow warriors, I'm so low on hope and resilience at the moment. 3 unsuccessful IUIs, 2 IVF cycles, 2 miscarriages and in total 5 FET cycles that haven't worked. I have some euploid embryos so that is hopeful. However, I'm low on resilience and hope at the moment as I've had so much past trauma that

PSA Bounce After Radiation Therapy
I am trying to understand PSA bounce or change in PSA levels after RT and have found two studies useful. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7465291/ https://www.nature.com/articles/s41391-021-00387-4 Some analysts distinguish between PSA bounce and biological recurrence, and see a possibility

Delaying Treatment
Hi all, I’ve been waiting to start IVF this month. We’ve had to go privately because my BMI is just under 35. I’ve been working to get it down significantly and was on track to start this month. I’ve been so down about everything and really looking forward to getting started. My partner has epilepsy

The best advice I can or may ever give to anyone who has Parkinson's especially the newly diagnosed .
The Davis Phinney Foundation for Parkinson's in partnership with Parkinson's Canada has published the Canadian edition of the book "Every Victory Counts". It is my understanding that they have published this book in associations with several national Parkinson's groups and are making it available

Cancelled IVF cycle
Just had my second cycle cancelled :( feeling super depressed and down. Stimulation hadn’t worked. First round only got one egg but embryo didn’t implant. Now this. I have very low egg reserve but I’d still like to try a third cycle. Was wondering if anyone had any success after 2 cancelled cycles in

hives after starting levothyroxine
I’ve been on 25mg of levothyroxine since 1st march. My TSH level was 5.38 and for fertility reasons I needed it to be 2.5. Levothyroxine has done the trick and I’m now 2.45. I have recently developed a raised rash all over my body that is so itchy. Does anyone have any experience of this or solutions

Prescription drug induced Fibrosis
Hi. Wondering if anyone on here has had the above diagnosis. The drug involved was Nitrofuratan. The Consultant has told me the scarring will not heal.

Ovarian PRP
Has anyone had experience with ovarian PRP within Europe? Want to do it seperate than an IVF cycle, but most clinics I have spoken to are pushing it to do as part of cycle. Looking in Spain, Greece and Poland currently.

fetal pole @ 8 weeks
Very confused… hoping for some insight. Last week we were told to expect a miscarriage due to no fetal pole being seen. We were sent home with all the info on management options and have spent the week trying to accept this has happened. We had a follow up scan this morning, expecting to be given guidance

Down regulation (decapeptyl) - how long until period?
Hi all, I am just about to start my second cycle of IVF and am doing a long protocol this time. Due to have my down regulation injection (decapeptyl) on Day 21. For anyone who has had this, I was wondering how long it took for your period to come after the injection? Did it arrive as usual or was it

Sensitive.. BFP.
I actually cannot believe I am sharing this.. last year I had a BFP after an IVF cycle with a due date of today. Sadly that turned out to be ectopic with the loss of my right tube. Today on the day I would have been due, I have my first ever natural BFP in 2 years!! Feeling so so grateful that I am even

Cardio and thyroidism
5and a half years ago I suffered a heart attack. I had a stent implanted and went to cardio rehab. I have noticed over the last year I get tired quickly and have shortage of breath. I was shocked to be told by my new doctor that I have an underactive thyroid. My question is this! Is my heart contributing

IVF newbie (question about lister and mental health)
Hello, I had a negative this cycle, my 3rd letrozole + trigger + progesterone cycle, it all seemed to look great, two follicles at 25 mm. I haven't felt this low in a while, overall mental health has been low last 15 months we are trying. We tried naturally always. I've been pregnant 3 times last year
