Keytruda for High TMB

Dad’s gene testing came back and shows high TMB of 20 muts/mb. He also has PDL1 positive in tissue. The MSI status is low at 6%. Attached is the image of the report.

Is he a candidate for Keytruda? The gene report clearly outlines Keytruda as suggested drug.

my dad’s report is very similar to yours. MO said he would be a candidate for Keytruda.

Why not try it? In India, you might investigate APCEDEN and use it before Keytruda.

Hi Tall_Allen we have the APCEDEN vaccine ready. The first dose is to be administered in 2 days. Post that we are given option for either Chemo or Keytruda. Confused as to what might be the best course of action?

Tall_Allen should we get all 6 vaccines of Apceden vaccine and then start Keytruda or we can get the two concurrently in a gap of 3-4 days??

There's no data. But it seems that Apceden starts your immune system working for you and then Keytruda keeps it working, so Apceden followed by Keytruda makes sense to me.

Hi Tinkudi we have not started Keytruda yet. First chemo and then Keytruda should follow.
