So my 7y/o son was recently diagnosed(although I've known for awhile) with ADHD. His symptoms are inattention, hyperactivity, ants in his pants, etc with some aggression. He has been seeing a psychologist for a few months now, and we are experimenting with Focalin XR 10mg. The 1st week everything

Hi Everyone, my 6 year old daughter Esra has been diagnosed with epilepsy since she was 3. She is currently switching from Keppra to Trileptal as doctors think her Epilepsy symptoms are more Focal onset however, her last seizure was generalised tonic-clinic seizure so now we stopped reducing the keppra

Keppra
After nearly 3 years off of phenytoin (Dilantin) I have been rediagnosed with epilepsy. I have been placed on 500 mg levetiraceta (Keppra). I had also just recently had Gabapentin added to my Ropinirole regimen, to help with my RLS. I was assured I could take the everything together and I was sleeping

Another Seizure After Going 7 Months Free
Hi, I was diagnosed with JME Epilepsy at the age of 14. They put me on Keppra (Levetiracetam). I continued to have seizures and the dose worked its way up to 2000mgs twice a day. Unfortunately I had more seizures so they did not work. Now i am 20 and they have now switched me to Brivaracetam 1500mgs

Newly Diagnosed with Adult ADD
Hi there. I’m new here and newly diagnosed with adult add. I’ve started taking adderall xr and haven’t really seen a change. I still have no motivation and have a hard time focusing and getting off the couch. I would love to hear what other people have tried to help with the feeling like a slug. Thanks

Combining ADHD and Anxiety meds for inattentive type? Please share your experience...
Hello, my 16 year old son was diagnosed with anxiety in 3rd grade but with ADHD, inattentive this past summer at age 16. He still suffers with anxiety, mostly social anxiety. His lack of executive functioning seems to be the biggest issue right now with some impulsivity. He had already been on Paxil

I am not an epileptic.
Had my EEG earlier. All clear for me. He has no advice for me, bar, don't ever stop taking Gabapentin, for the love of God, don't stop. I asked for a 90 day supply of Keppra, of course he said yes. More drugs, why not?

Keppra for Spasticity
Hello folks. I really thought I knew it all. I was prescribed Keppra after my seizure, this is on top of my Gabapentin and Lyrica. I wasn't too sure about continuing, not another drug, how many more drugs?? Also, my friend takes Keppra, and it gives him shocking headaches, though he is an alcoholic

What a weekend
I was playing with my friend's children on Thursday. I remember the first five minutes, next thing I know, I am strapped to a hospital bed at 3am. Imagine that? The doctors told me nothing. After all, who am I? My wife came down the next day, but I was so out of it on military strength drugs,

Focalin XR Generic by Teva - thoughts?
Hey yall, first time poster here. My son will be 8 in a week; he's been on Concerta since last November, but after increasing his dose from 9mg to 18, then 27, it just wasn't enough - his focus and impulse control were better but his emotional regulation was still severely lacking. We bumped to 36mg

Relationship between CLL and Carbamazepine (Tegretol)
Certain antiseizure (antiepileptic) medications, such as Carbamazepine (Tegretol), cause a lymphocytosis. Does anyone know of a relationship between this medication and the incidence of CLL? Keppra is another seizure mediacation that causes a lymphocytosis. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated
