I’ve got high NKC but had treatment with an
IVIG
drip before each transfer. I’m also taking folate for MTHFR. The one embryo we have left is a 3bb. Does anyone have any ideas? Should I go straight into transfer number 3 or have a break? I just want to keep going...

IVIG for polymyositis, side effects?
Has anyone suffered scary
IVIG
side effects? I've been having
IVIG
for about 18 months and it was going great, with some side effects but nothing too bad.

Please help........new patient
Have tried Prednisone,
IVIG
, Dexamethasone Revolade and now Rituximab. My platelets have always been 100-137 prior to Dec. I had a very bad bladder infection and platelets dropped to 1 and have not recovered. I have had no episodes of bleeding. Could I have been misdiagnosed?

Covid antibodies
I am extremly surprised and happy as needing
IVIG
and having had O+V the probability of a positive result was rather low. But does it mean that I am now protected against Covid and can rely on the clearly positive result? Sorry if this topic was already discussed. Best regards Reinhard

Need a medical researcher by 5/31 for the ITP study I want done - Eradication of Unidentified Organisms Can Cure Some ITP
Unfortunately, since the "ghost" organism could not be identified through blood or stool, the antibiotic therapy was stopped and the doctors again treated me with the standard ITP therapy of
IVIG
, steroids, thrombopoietin receptor agonist, and monoclonal antibodies.

Covid Vaccination and IVIG
I believe the medical recommendation is to leave 2 weeks between the COVID vaccination and
IVIG
infusion. Is that correct?

Next steps after failed IVF with NK cell protocol
After finding out about various immune problems and undergoing LIT,
IVIG
and taking an assortment of medication we finally got our little miracle. Our little girl was born in November.

Covid and kiddos-what's your strategy?
I'm not in treatment, still riding the wave of one in 2015 but I do get
IVIG
every 6 weeks. If it were just me I could keep on isolating but my heart is breaking for her. What are parents doing?

Worsening of immune thrombocytopenia following Covid-19 vaccination
However, 12% had a median platelet count drop of 96% within 2-5 days post-vaccination with new bleeding symptoms; after rescue therapy with corticosteroids +/-
IVIG
, platelets recovered to >30x109 /L a median 3 days later.

Does the haematologist really know what he's talking about?!
Ivig
every 4 weeks. Last November, kidney biopsy. Cryoglobulinemia! So the cryo kicks up symptoms not necessarily related to CLL. Blood test numbers all roughly within perimeters, except immunoglobulin, 1.49! The haem just shrugs his shoulders when I ask cryo questions. And he's not the only one.

From a Concerned Father.
She also was diagnosed with Post Herpes NMDAR autoimmune for which
IVIG
treatment was also given (3 weeks since that was given). Currently my daughter is overall ok - eats well, stable and does her daily tasks well.

ITP after COVID vaccine
Prednisone, platelet transfusion,
IVIG
, dexamethasone and now I'm looking at Rituximab. This almost seems worse than CLL!

Vaccine and IVIG
I have my second vaccine next Saturday but am scheduled for my routine
IVIG
on Tuesday. I just found a journal article that suggested that
IVIG
before a vaccine could reduce efficacy of the vaccine because the
IVIG
might "fight" the vaccine.

PGS - miscarriage and now chemical. Any hope?
I have had every test - NK cells, blood clotting etc - and for this round, I spent a lot on
IVIg
. The doctor just keeps telling me "its a numbers game", but I am losing hope rapidly.

Newly diagnosed, some queries
Had 2 round of
IVIG
and put onto 70mg daily of Pred. All worked a treat. Platelets went to 96 in 4 days and released from hospital, started the tapering of the steroids (Awful tablets by the way) Went from 70mg to 50mg, after 2 week. Platelets still climbing so Hemo sped up tapering.
