Non-hormonal IUD (copper coil) and endo
I want to go back to the non-hormal
IUD
. The surgeon refused to put one in when I got the laparoscopy done, because he says it makes periods heavier, which yeah it does. My question is though, does it make the actual endometrial tissue grow back faster?

Walking heart rates
Hi all I’m wondering what the ideal heart rates should be when walking, I suffer from ARVC and I have palpitations and tachycardia. I have a icd fitted and I take beta blockers and anti arythmias, my heart rate averages around the 50 mark resting but when I go for a walk it spikes at 139, is this a high

Had the Kyleena coil (less hormone than the mirena) fitted this week. Have had excruciating cramps ever since. Last night I also felt like my body was burning. Woke up this morning and I’m soaked through like I’ve been sweating profusely but there’s no heat on. Still cramping this morning but not feeling

Feeling in the dark as I start Clomid with a history of endo and cysts. Advice very welcome!
Hi, A little about me to start... I’m 3-4 years in of TCC (age 33) and have been on a very slow fertility journey through the NHS. Last year I found out I wasn’t ovulating, had a cyst that needed to be surgically removed, probably had endometriosis and possibly needed my Fallopian tubes removed.

Hi all I’m new here, I suffer with ARVC I was diagnosed in April 2019 after suffering VT, I’ve had an icd fitted and after 6 months it showed I had a few episodes in one day which worries me. Since then I’ve been worried to overdo anything but also aware that I need to keep fit and improve my cardio,

Hi This is my first post on here and I just wanted to reach out because I am feeling quite lost and hopeless. Long story but i have been having constant issues with my health for about the last 3 year's now. It started when I was 19 after being on the mini pill for a year. I began having quite bad issues

Breast changes
I switched from Kyleena
IUD
to the birth control pill in July, and a week or so later my left breast became mildly tender.

I haven't had children but I'm interested in the IUD
I have recently come off the birth control pill Cerelle and I'm looking into getting the copper
IUD
instead. Does anyone have any information on this as a lot of people keep telling me I need to have children first but my Nurse was more than happy for me to have it if I wanted too?

Have another baby.
I've just been told that I have endometriosis and basically the doctors have told me that my only option is to go on a contraception pill or coil. I did express to him that me and my partner wanted another baby. But he just said that This is your only option because I could not get pregnant anyway if

How to cope with stress
Hi! I have had 3 medicated iui attempts this year and they have been quite rough on my body. I am in a rather stressful and competitive job and get a lot of pressure sometimes. The pressure seems to mess up my (PCOS but rather regulated by myo innositol and diet) cycles - my current one is totally too

Scan and dye
I can not have MRI due to having a ICD Aalso I react to the dye use when you you have CD scan. It causes lower kidney function which happened when I had angioplasty. What else is available to check heart etc

I had a fall
Full length, battered and bruised but unbroken. Stripped pine floors are attractive but not cushioning. I’ve long determined to downsize when Blue shuffles off his doggy coil. There are many attractive apartments for independent over 60s close by. They have emergency alarm cords in case. My current
