Still in agony after surgery

After 2 x years, 2 x surgeries and 2 x different diagnoses given (initially Pelvic Inflammatory Disease from the coil and now endometriosis) I am continuing to be in the same agony I was in before. The gynaecologist is suggesting to re-try the coil but I am so worried my body will again reject it, but also hopeful it will be the resolution to my pain.

Has anyone else had a positive experience with the Mirena Coil? I had had this for 5 years prior to my re-fit in 2018 and was symptom free until this point..I wonder if it was keeping the endo at bay back then?

I am really struggling to work, have no energy when I get home and not being any form of company for my husband. HELPPP
