Update on my post Confused
Still nothing to say what is causing the anemia ( unless they take my own opinion of anemia of a chronic disease) He suggested a med for the anemia since my body doesn’t absorb
iron
well but I can’t recall the name . Anyone else have
iron
infusions before? My daughter has been suggesting it.

What do these lab results suggest to you please
My questions are: Given that FT3 isn’t too bad should he just wait to see if ferritin improves and maybe helps nudge thyroid function D3, folate and B12 are high in range but ferritin is only just about within range with the rest of his
iron
panel suggesting no farther capacity for supplementing

Low hemoglobin but high erythrocytes count
I will also mention that I have very low
iron
. What can this mean? Could this be a sign of disease progression? My doctor always just gives me a paper with the results and is very reluctant to answer my questions 🤨 Here are my results:

What to do about supplements when going abroad
I presume a spray bottle of
iron
or vitamin D plus K is ok. Do you put them in toileteries pack with shampoo etc? I suppose for selenium I can just eat Brazil nuts while I'm away and whatever food is high in zinc and vitamin C?

ChatGPT and Restless legs
Iron
supplements:
Iron
deficiency can worsen restless leg syndrome symptoms, so
iron
supplements may be recommended. 3. Anticonvulsants: These medications may help control the abnormal nerve impulses that cause restless leg syndrome.

need some words of encouragement please
Currently also tackling my
iron
(much better on three arrows) , my b supplements are all optimal with supplementing /injections. I was previously on quite a hefty dose of thyrogold (600mg) which equals around 5 grains of armour looking at conversion charts.

Advice would be much appreciated
I've seen other posts on here recommending
iron
tablets but would like to know if it would be worth her trying these given her ferritin level isn't very low? I know
iron
infusions are also an option but I don't think this would be a possibility for my mum given her personal circumstances.

Help with blood test interpretation for my daughter
Could anyone look at her
Iron
tests and comment on the under range TIBC and UIBC results? Or anything else
iron
related. How much methyl B12 should she be taking? She has been on Liposomal B Complex with 500mcg B12 for nearly three months. She has various methylation-related gene mutations.
