Hyperthyroidism blood results.
All my vitamin levels are within range as is my
iron
. I've actually put on weight since I came off meds! Totally confused now as to what is going wrong. I'm bit moody, some anxiousness and depression but nothing overwhelming. Not having heart palpitations either.

Tired all the time
I take a lot of supplements (calcium, D3, folate, complex B, magnesium glycinate, heme
iron
),
the only value that was low was ferritin
but I do take
iron
. I also take Novothyral, which is 100 mcg T4 and 20 mcg T3.

Masked pv?
So we are repeating
iron
tests and B12 apparently they are a bit low ( don't have the figures) .And then are was told that the RA could be masking PV. Just have to hope the Guys appointment comes through soon, as they didn't want to do a bmb to confirm whether it was et or pv.

Face to face consultation
The person to whom I spoke did not offer any advice other than more
iron
rich foods and rest. I asked about a face to face consultation and she said that my next appointment in 3 months could be arranged as face to face.

Massachusetts Opioid Register Year 4 results
For those who have augmented on dopamine agonists and who have not responded to
iron
infusions or gabapentinoids, this study can help to persuade your doctor that opioids can be used safely to treat Refractory RLS. Interestingly 6.6% of the original 500 participants have switched to Buprenorphine.

Latest results - 6 weeks pregnant
Also reduced my
iron
supplement - will post
iron
results separately. I have also since found out I'm pregnant!!! Now 6 weeks and feeling alright so far (wondering if the B12 drops might be helping as not feeling half as sick compared with last pregnancy?! Time will tell!)

Dreadful nights
I’ve done the
iron
infusion about a year ago without improvement . If there’s any suggestions I’d really welcome them. I’m at my wits end. thanks for reading this and giving it some thought.

Fatigue, anemia, blood test results
Also vitamin C, magnesium and
iron
if I feel or remember (but I tend to feel like my body doesn't want an
iron
supplement which is not quite logical, right?). I seem to be allergic too, I was prescribed a med for that. Taking it for the second day and not feeling anything bad from it.

Mum's journey with adrenal insuffiency and hypothyroidism
Previously, she had anaemia and low neutrophils as well but we treated that with supplements like B12, B Vitamins,
Iron
with Vitamin C and so on. She also exercises regularly and will soon be starting again. The thyroid test we had indicated her TSH was high at 5.9.

Results Advice
My
iron
seems to have gone down so I’m back to taking two supplements a day as I dropped it to one after my last results in November.

Ferritin dropping, FT3 is not great
I've read about the advice to try buy the expensive heme
iron
from the US, is that what I should do? I'm not sure what an '
iron
panel' test is, which I've read about on this forum, should I ask for this?

Neutrphils
Thank goodness Spring isn’t too far away 😊 Just to ask if anyone has been able to increase their neutrophils naturally, via diet or
iron
supplements? Since being on Tocilizumab, my levels have dropped from around 5 to 1.85. I have read on here that has happened to others.

Iron Level UP!
After a month the effect reduced and I wondered if this was due to using Gentle
Iron
so I changed back to 2 x 200mg Ferrous Sulphate tablets with Vitamin C every other night. More recently I have little RLS and began sleeping through the night again.
