ferratin blood level
Hi, I’ve got a ferritin level of 40.5 (30 - 169) To me this is low isn’t it? Also I have been taking spatone iron sachets for 6 months so would you say I’d need a higher iron supplement? If so could anymore please advise on a decent one ?

Any suggestions for Pregabalin side effects?
I have weaned myself off ropinirole. It was the perfect drug for me before augmentation set in. Slept all night and had no after-effects the next day. I am now on 75 mg pregablin which I take 2 to 3 hours before bedtime. I fall asleep easily but wake up after two hours with RLS, strong enough urges to

Risk of reversing out for A'levels
Hi everyone. I'm in a conundrum. My youngest daughter, 17, has low B12 (181ng/L, so not low enough for our GP to take any notice), inherited from me (141ng/L and now self-injecting) and her grandmother (hospitalised on intravenous B12 for several months in the '50s). She has quite low folate at 5.5.

I knew this would happen as my stomach doesn't tolerate iron very well so my GP also prescribed me Laxido. I have been taking two sachets a day and whilst I'm not completely

dry eyes and mouth?
hi again all! I am very depleted in ferritin and am awaiting an infusion. I also started b12 injections 3 months ago for PA but I don’t think they’ve been often enough (1x/month). Also just got diagnosed with subclinical hashimotos (thyroid levels are still normal). I’m grasping at straws trying to

Haemachromatosis and iron in RLS
Husband with chronic and often terrible restless leg symptoms- but also (like others in his family line) has the Haemachromatosis gene. Cant see how he could ever use an iron based therapy. Wonder if there are other people with experience of this ?

Prostate Cancer Diet and Re-purposed Meds
I was just reading a post about Jane Mcclelland's protocol regarding her book, "How to starve cancer." She also added a second portion on a book re-released, with a Ferroptosis (death by iron) protocol. I thought the criticism to be amazing. Cancer is a baffling mystery, top scientist and great minds
