Fluttering and shaking

Hello my well informed PA society, I am recently experiencing fluttering in my body along with shaking. I have pernicious anemia and hypothyroid, gastritis. Recently I stopped taking my iron pills because they were making me so extremely hungry and gaining weight. I've tried several brands to see if it would not increase my appetite but I haven't been too successful. So if you don't mind, I have three questions for the community 1. Has anyone here experienced this fluttering and shaking and 2. Do you know if it's coming from needing iron and 3. Anyone know of an iron supplement brand that doesn't increase your appetite? Thanks in advance to all that can give some much needed help on this! Have a peaceful day

Thank you Nackapan, I'm sorry it's taken me so long to respond but I'm struggling with this PAIt feels very dark and feels like no solution. EVEN with increased injections. I just want to be normal again. Thank you for always helping everyone in spite of you own battles.

I took Ferroglobin and will soon take a sub-lingual on instruction from my haematologist. The Ferroglobin didn't increase my appetite.I didn't have your other symptoms.

Yes you can experience them symptoms with low iron. Try Three Arrows simply heme iron, it’s highly absorbable, doesn’t cause side effects and it’s absorption isn’t blocked by anything (except high doses of calcium), unlike non-heme, heme iron comes from meat, it’s used by alot of people so hopefully it’ll work for you.

Those, along with massive hair shedding, are my exact low ferritin symptoms. I wish I could offer you a supplement I have had total success with, but I am about to through in the towel and get an infusion.
