I’m currently having investigations into Endo-sorry long post but need some advice or any reassurance:)
They referred me to gynaecologist specialist and like I said he asked about if my periods are heavy, painful and if I have
pain
during
intercourse
which I never new not everyone has that (it’s not always or during but it happens a lot especially after).

All my symptoms line up with others that have endometriosis as well. My first

sciatica and PD?
2 months ago after 2 10 hour train journeys I developed severe sciatic nerve pains down my right let and hip. these are making it very difficult/impossible to do my PD excercises. The GP only prescribes pain killers which don't really help. Web research seems to only suggest excercise stretching baby

Painful legs (burning sensation behind both knees)
Hi all Well, I’m hoping someone can provide a view on what is happening to me now! For the last couple of months I have had severe pain in the legs which has now started to become a burn behind my knees. It doesn’t improve or worsen on exercise and is particularly painful laying in bed. I used to

Help with "sick day rules"
Hello, It's been a while. I am struggling and need some dose guidance please. My normal dose is 10mg per day. I delivered Mark to hospital on Sunday for a planned Total Knee Replacement which took place on Monday morning. He's doing very well, no pain (typical of him lol) and he was discharged yesterday

A&E trip
I had to make a trip to A&E today because I’ve been bleeding consistently for 27 days with severe abdominal and back pains. I waited for four hours and came out with painkillers that I had to cry to be prescribed. I posted here last week asking for advice on what to do because I believe the Provera has

Feeling good though wee bit knee trouble now and then. But nothing a pain killer and deep heat can sort. I'm joining a park run group

Eugenol
I just happened to come across some information relating to cirrhosis. It is called eugenol and it comes from cloves. The NIH as recently as 2021 has done studies and as far as I can tell it is helping the liver to heal. I am not a scientist so the big scientific words are beyond me so I am not sure

implant Surgery Tomorrow
The dental surgeon says to take 10 mg prednisolone in the morning before having the tooth extracted and implant put in. She knows I’m currently on 3-3.5 mg and has PMR long term. She says the extra is to help with the anxiety/stress and that as my body likely isn’t producing cortisol of its own this

Nerve pain after icd fitted.
I had icd fitted on 1st June this year following cardiac arrest. For two weeks afterwards I had intense nerve like pain in my left shoulder. Pain killers didn't work but after a couple of weeks the pain stopped but in past few weeks it has returned not with the intensity of before but enough to wake
