Insulin Resistance
Various departments there crimp off regular lengths of BS about
insulin

: their core belief is that
insulin
resistance
is a disease state, and that it's caused by saturated fat blocking the insulin receptors, a statement so stupid that a double facepalm is probably appropriate.

Why Diabetes is a Reversible Condition
Put in a very simple way, this is
Insulin
Resistance
. The way to reverse
Insulin
Resistance
, thereby allowing the sugar to enter the cells, thereby lowering blood sugar levels, is to prevent insulin spikes. And this is easily done by restricting refined carbohydrate consumption.

Soul food: chicken and waffles
I gather this is a classic American southern/soul food dish. I have never had it, but enjoyed a keto version this evening. It was delicious. The elements were a sweet syrup made with erythritol (an ingredient I tried for the first time today), chicken "breaded" in pork scratchings, and keto waffles,

Hello group, I hope this message finds everyone well. The beginning of my treatment is finally upon me after a short 2 year w&w period. My specialist opted to begin with Venetoclax as this is part of a successful German study (is what I was told). 2 weeks ago I started Venetoclax 20mg with 3 nights
