I had read this article on the Intensive Dietary Management (IDM) site written by Jason Fung. It's very interesting and has helpful hints. It talks about weight loss, insulin, calories in and calories out and glycogen. Please take a look at the article at: https://intensivedietarymanagement.com/

I am using this ayurvedic medicine for the last three months along with allopathic medicines and insulin as earlier. Although my sugar reading has not reduced much but now it is more stable. The biggest thing is that now my body is more stable, less anxiety and better feeling. Seems to be better metabolised

Results all over the place
Oh to get a results letter without any red warnings on it. Could anyone comment please? Hashimotos/underactive. 4 years diagnosed, 2 years self medicating on NDT (Nature-Throid 4 grains). Also take Vitamin D 5000 daily. Should I go down to 3 or 2 grains NDT? Take folate supplements? My Anti-Thyroidperoxidase

Best way to lose weight
Forget exercise and low fat , although exesrsise is essential for good health, one would have to run a marathon to lose 3lb To lose weight you will have to change perhaps a lifetimes habits and THINKING around food and DRINK. To lose weight you will need to eat less calories than your body needs to maintain

TTC for nearly a year with PCOS. Anyone used metformin or clomid after the year mark?
We have been trying to conceive for 10 months now and I was diagnosed with PCOS summer last year. I rarely have periods wasnt having them at all since coming off the pill May last year. Had a period in January by myself but didn't get pregnant that month and then again I have had one exactly 28 days
