I am not able to stick to LCHF diet, At the same time, I don’t want to take insulin and tablets to bring down my T2 sugar levels. Is Stem Cell Therapy address my problem?

Help with Thyroid labs please
Hello, I’ve been feeling awful for 3 years and am trying to figure out why. I’ve recently gotten test results back regarding thyroid and would love some input. I’m not on thyroid meds. Symptoms are brains fog (worst one!), tiredness, severe short term memory loss, sensitive to light and dim places, sound

There is more than one way to eat healthy
...but low carb is one of them
The oldest person in Europe, who tested positive for coronavirus but showed no symptoms, celebrated her 117 birthday with a omelette norvégienne (baked Alaska). My namesake aunt lived 99 good years, living independently until the end, and losing none of her faculties

Researchers developing safe and affordable way to produce antibodies with aim of global access to treatment.
New method uses yeast to grow antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 and other viruses. The current outbreak of a rapidly spreading global disease has caused an urgent need for effective therapies. Many vaccines, however, pose logistical challenges; they must often be transported and stored at very low temperatures

Insulin Syringes with Needles?
Can one use insulin syringes with needles to inject B12? They sell 100 in a box for $40.00. Seems simpler. Initially, more than 20 years ago, the doctor I had prescribed daily at home injections and the pharmacy he used delivered the B12 monthly in a 30ml bottle along with a box of syringes

Which comes first? Poor Diet or Depression? 🤔🧐❤️☀️☮️☯️🌻🧘🏻♀️🌈🙏
According to Harvard Health Medical School Publishing, adopting a healthy diet can lower the risk of developing depressive symptoms. One could argue that being depressed makes us more likely to eat unhealthy foods. This is true as a consequence. Fortunately, researchers have addressed this question by

How Calories from Sugar/simple carbs, are different than calories from other food.
Most adult males require about 2,500 calories to maintain body weight. Most doctors will tell you that maintaining body weight is about calories in and calories out, regardless of caloric source. 3 teaspoons of sugar and one apple are calorically equal – about 50 calories. Theoretically, if you ate

A question about ampoules
These ampoules that you can buy from Germany are they complete within themselves? I mean do they intrinsically have a way to inject or do you have to buy insulin syringes? Do you need a particular kind of syringe and where can you get them? Thanks

Can Abiraterone/Zytiga cause low blood sugar?
I’m diabetic and use an insulin pump. I’m on Abiraterone for about 5 months now, with hydrocortisone 10 mg per day to control Abiraterone side effects during PC treatment. Also took about 9 months Firmagon shots, but just switched to Lupron to preserve belly area for pump insulin insertion ports or continuous

Diabetes Type 2, PD and Berberine
Diabetes is a common disease that affects many Americans and 90 to 95% of diabetics have Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM). I will be discussing T2DM and one option to help deal with it effectively based on multiple studies. Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) is significantly less common so I will focus this discussion

Doctors
Alot if posts recently are about doctors wanting b12 levels done then as high stop injections. Patient gets ill and eventually injections start again. Doctors put us on loading doses and then expect everyone to manage on the 2-3 monthly protocol. Some treat you as sm individual and prescribe a frequency

Update on "you will be fine".
I made a fuss and had a blood test last week. I phoned the surgery and told them I would pick up the results as I had been given the "all fine" response. They were not fine. TSH 0.04 (0.27-4.20) T4 12.9 (11-25) No T3 done. I hit the roof. The GP phoned me and said she had asked why no T3 and was

I have found a site that sells Inject-Ease that I thought might help me through the initial "fear" of self administered injections. Unfortunately their UK distibutor is out of stock but they have told me I can order directly from them. They ask the following which I am unsure of (forgive me as I am

The need for biochemical testing for adrenal insufficiency and has anybody had liraglutide injections ?
After my last post I went to see my GP to ask him if I needed a synacthen test to assess my ability to produce natural cortisol as I have tapered to 3mg of prednisolone daily. He took a random blood cortisol test which showed a result of 146nmol/L and as a result referred me to an endocrinologist.
