Blood Sugar rises from anxiety
Last eat at 8PM in morning about 10AM blood sugar over 200. Eat nothing until after long acting insulin in AM. Sometimes the insulin works and sometimes no. I am convinced it has to be my body and not what I eat.Walking 2 days a week for about a month. Helps with mood in daytime but not high night

SWITCHING TO INSULIN INJECTION FROM ORAL
As a Type 2, I have been managing my fasting sugar level of around 120 since the late 90s very successfully by following the devices of my USA-qualified Endocrinologist. My regular diet centered around LCHF with Diamicrone 80 twice a day. Covid-19 changed my whole system. After taking the 2nd dose
