Im happy to read so many bfp stories and sorry that some of us are going through a tougher time.
Im somewhere in between, first icsi cycle resulted in a CP and a MMC. Dusting my self off and can start in two months.
Staring my prep again this week hopefully and just ordered myo inisitol powder as i hear its good for fertility overall (i dont have pcos). Also i read its good for thyroid (i am hypo/hashimotos).
Would love to read your experiences if you used it .
I have PCO tendencies but not the syndrome, I started taking my-inositol powder and think it helps me (not that I’ve had any success conceiving whilst being on it). My cycle is slightly shorter since taking it which is no bad thing when trying to conceive naturally or waiting for the next ivf cycle to begin. If in doubt check with your doctor or fertility consultant. X
Bless you Lovely for replying under these circumstances x
I would do anything for regular shorter periods (and ovulation) so will give it a go. Saw a pilot study that said in women without pcos it didnt matter much in ivf cycles so thought let me check with the warriors here x
I took it for egg health for my second round of IVF as first round I only had one make it to a day 5 Embryo. Second round when i was taking it i had 7. (6 that were ok after testing). So i think it helped from that side of things for sure. X
Thank you, I actually had my transfer yesterday. I had the zita west one so followed the guide on the label re dose - maybe have a look at her website and apply the same to your dosage. I think it 2 teaspoons twice a day. I also did acupuncture all the way through this time and would highly recommend that too! X
I know i saw your post x. That sounds good. I hve already purchased the powder from a different brand and was taking a tea spoon (1ml) so will continue doing it. All the very best and keep us posted
